Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic plant fats, including essential oils, to enhance psychological or physical well-being. It can be presented as a complementary therapy. Aromatherapy use a mixture of therapeutic essential oils that can be given to achieve the desired response through topical application, massage, inhalation or dipping into the water. It is common to use it as an aid to other holistic medical methods and increases their effectiveness. Treatment with Plants or Plant Science is not a science that anyone can easily learn and prescribe. Just as in order to do the profession of pharmacy today, it is imperative to undergo a discipline in this science by reading Farmakognozi for years and interning for certain periods. Because it’s a science that demands great responsibility in terms of its consequences. Even 80 different varieties of a well-known sage grow in nature. The useful and toxic species of hundreds of different plants that we know very well and always use, such as sage, also grow in nature. Unfortunately, even experts occasionally identify the plant when looking at the naked eye, inability to tell if the plant is toxic and in a laboratory environment. Today, Farmakognosis (Plant Science) and Phytotherapy (Herbal Therapy) are also taught as courses in pharmaceutical schools, and the discipline that those who want to engage in this science will pass is given sufficiently in these schools.
