The penis is an organ that can be extended aesthetically, thickened and corrected if there is curvature.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS FOR APPLICATION ?
Penile extension process varies according to expectation, but medically maximum can be extended by 2-2.5 cm. Two methods are usually used for penile extension, the first of which is stitched into the abdominal skin by taking the fatty tissue from the patient’s root of penis. The second method of penile extension process is that the root of penis is connected to both the pelvis and the abdomen with various ligaments, the cutting of the ligaments from the root of the penis lengthens the penis, this elongation is a maximum of 2-2.5 cm.

Three methods are used in penile extension. The fat tissue taken from the abdomen or waist area of the patient can be injected into the lower tissue of the penis. If the skin is removed with the other fat tissue, it can be placed on the penis or a foreign substance can be injected into the penis and thickened.

A 20-degree curvature of the penis won’t be too much of a problem for the patient. If the curvature is more than 20 degrees and especially if there is a painful relationship, this curvature of the person must be corrected. While correcting the penile curvature, special sutures called ppilation silys are placed on the opposite side of the curvature and 60-70 degrees penile curvature can be corrected.

Penises with curvature of more than 70 degrees are treated by placing grafts from the vein or skin on plaques that cause curvature on the penis.
